In 2023, we launched an ESG committee to enhance our company’s ESG activities. Wide Creek achieved outstanding results in the global sustainability field by earning the highest 5-Star rating for its development asset portfolio, GL Okjeong REF, in the 2024 GRESB assessment. Notably, the fund was recognized as a Sector Leader in the Industrial category in Asia, achieving excellent scores in both the Management and Development components.
